About The Position
We are seeking experienced Luxury Retail Security Officers to support high-end retail locations on the Las Vegas Strip and surrounding areas. This role combines a strong security presence with concierge-level customer service to ensure a safe, welcoming, and refined shopping experience. Officers must be adaptable and maintain the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and appearance at all times.
Requirements
- Valid Nevada PILB Security Guard License (Required)
- Minimum 1 year of luxury/high-end retail security experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor with a customer-focused mindset
Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible, professional security presence
- Deliver concierge-style customer service while ensuring safety and loss prevention
- Cover coworker lunches and breaks
- Monitor store activity to deter theft and security risks
- Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies
- Enforce client policies and procedures
- Complete accurate incident and activity reports
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times
