About The Position
We are seeking professional, polished, and customer-focused Security Officers to support a high-end luxury retail environment in Columbus. The ideal candidate will have 3 years prior luxury retail security experience, strong situational awareness, and the ability to maintain a discreet yet authoritative presence.
Requirements
- OHIO Guard Card
- 3 years Prior high-end or luxury retail security experience a must
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong communication and observation skills
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
Nice To Haves
- Ownership of a black suit (strong plus)
Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients, staff, and merchandise
- Provide excellent customer service while enforcing security protocols
- Monitor store activity to deter theft and suspicious behavior
- Respond promptly and professionally to incidents
- Collaborate with store management and team members
