About The Position

We are seeking a highly professional Unarmed Security Officer to provide security services at a high-end luxury retail location in Las Vegas. This position is ideal for an experienced security professional who understands the expectations of a luxury retail environment and can consistently provide a polished, discreet, and customer-focused presence. The position is part-time, approximately 16 hours per week, with the potential for 24–32 hours per week based on business demands and coverage needs. This is a flex position, meaning the schedule may vary and may include different days and shifts, including both regular retail hours and overnight coverage. The position may also include different retail sites within close proximity.

Requirements

• Active Nevada PILB Guard Card required
• Previous security experience in a luxury retail environment required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Exceptional professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to maintain a calm, discreet, and highly professional presence
• Ability to interact appropriately with clients, employees, and the public in an upscale environment
• Strong observation and situational awareness skills
• Ability to stand and remain attentive for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including varying shifts, weekends, and overnight coverage as needed
• GED or H.S. Equivalent
• Nevada PILB License
