About The Position

The Lead will oversee the assigned area and keep overall productivity going. The Lead will help out in case of absenteeism. The Lead will fill in for personal breaks and emergencies. The Lead is there for guidance when the supervisor is not present. The Lead will stay during breaks to help clean the area and prep the equipment for start-up after the break. The Lead will maintain all equipment and keep supplies continually coming to the area. The Lead will assist in record keeping pertaining to the assigned area. The Lead will communicate with co-workers and management by writing work orders for maintenance repairs, prepare written reports for accounting purposes, read/comprehend the daily production schedule and be able to discuss with other managers; Bi-lingual skills a plus.

Requirements

Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Knowledge to perform at least two jobs in the department.
Dependable.
Work well with others.
Self-motivated.
Willing to come in early and stay late, when necessary.
Less than 5 attendance points at the time of this posting.
Good safety record (NO Safety suspensions) within the last 12 months.
Currently working at this facility or complex only.
