About The Position

A study of Europe in the nineteenth century, a period of upheaval in politics, economics and society. The course will explore the important issues of these formative years for modern Europe.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in History.
  • Research expertise and/or prior teaching experience in 19th-Century European history is an asset.
  • Ability to prove legal right to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Teach the course HI202: 19th-Century Europe: War, Protest and Revolution.
  • Deliver lectures for the course.
  • Potentially lead labs or tutorials as part of the lecture/lab/tutorial format.
