About The Position

This position is for a candidate with primary ACUTE Inpatient experience. Primary coverage will be in ACUTE REHAB and secondary ICF/SNF Rehab. The role involves evaluating and re-evaluating assigned residents/patients, planning and implementing an ongoing therapeutic physical therapy program as prescribed by the attending physician and/or consulting specialist, and providing consulting physical therapist services. Availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as necessary based on hospital operations is required.

Requirements

• Hawaii License required by start of assignment.
• Minimum 6 months work experience in at least 1 of the following settings working with adults: Acute, rehab hospital, SNF.
• BLS certification.

Nice To Haves

• Acute experience required.
