Requirements
- A board-certified geriatric, family, or adult Nurse Practitioner (ANCC, ACHPN, or AANP)
- 1+ years of experience in inpatient rehab
- Acute Care Experience
- Must have the ability to pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, effective management for patients with rehabilitation needs.
- Manage acute and chronic conditions in collaboration with the attending physician.
- Communicate and collaborate with the Director of Nursing, social worker, and other key staff to coordinate and improve patient care.
