About The Position

This position requires a minimum of 2 years of independent experience as a registered Radiologic Technologist. The candidate must demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in operating all radiographic equipment, including DR fixed equipment, DR fluoro equipment, C-arms, and portable DR equipment. A dosimetry badge is required. Experience with Philips DR, Philips C-arms, OEC C-arms, Philips Fluoro, and EPIC is preferred. Travelers must arrive on the island the Friday prior to the Monday start for HR/EH clearance appointments. The role involves varied shifts with an average of 3 days of call per month, with no guarantee of hours or requested time off.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of independent experience as a registered Radiologic Technologist.
• Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in the operation of all radiographic equipment to include DR fixed equipment, DR fluoro equipment, C-arms, portable DR equipment.
• Must be assigned a dosimetry badge.
• A current State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license as a radiographer.
• A current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
• A current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of two (2) years as a radiologic technologist.
• Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in the operation of radiographic equipment; functions independently without supervision.
• Knowledge of radiation safety and protocols.
• Must have dosimeter badge.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Philips DR, Philips C-arms, OEC C-arms, Philips Fluoro and EPIC preferred.
• Experience with Epic EMR, Philips DR, Philips C-arms, OEC C-arms, and Konica DR preferred.

Responsibilities
