Fremont Village - HHA/CNA (NOC's 10:30pm-6:30am)
About The Position
Fremont Village, a Lifespark Senior Living Community in Zimmerman, Minnesota, is seeking an HHA/CNA to support residents in its 65-unit community offering Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care. The role provides direct personal care, recognizes residents’ individual needs, encourages independence, and treats each resident with respect and dignity. The position is part-time on the NOC shift, 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., including every other weekend. The listed wage ranges are $17.00–$22.00 for HHAs and $19.00–$24.00 for CNAs. Shift differentials are an extra $1 per hour for PM shifts and $2 per hour for NOC shifts.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents of all genders, recognizing individual needs and encouraging independence while treating each resident with respect and dignity.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs described in the plan of care.
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
- Assist with medication administration.
