HHA/CNA - Fremont Village
About The Position
Fremont Village, a Lifespark Senior Living Community in Zimmerman, Minnesota, is hiring an HHA/CNA to support residents in its assisted living, independent living, and memory care community. The role provides personal care and support to residents, recognizes individual needs, encourages independence, and treats each resident with respect and dignity. Team members engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care. The listed part-time shifts are AM (6:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m. or 7 a.m.–11 a.m.) and PM (4 p.m.–9 p.m.), with every other weekend included. HHA wages are $17–$22 per hour and CNA wages are $19–$24 per hour. Shift differentials are an extra $1 per hour for PM and $2 per hour for NOC.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents of all genders, recognizing individual needs and treating residents with respect and dignity.
- Encourage residents’ independence.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs described in the plan of care.
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
- Assist with medication administration.
