About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) and CNAs for its Assistive Care team in the Braintree office. HHAs provide home care to clients, assisting with daily living, personal care, mobility, household tasks, medication assistance, and basic vital-sign checks. The role includes travel to Canton, Foxborough, Sharon, Easton, and surrounding locations. BAYADA offers flexible scheduling, opportunities near employees’ homes, and 24/7 on-call clinical manager support.
Requirements
- At least one year of work experience, or a current HHA or CNA license.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living.
- Provide light housekeeping.
- Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
- Support range-of-motion activities and exercises.
- Assist with transfers and use mechanical lifting devices.
- Provide oral feeding assistance.
- Check temperature, pulse, and respiration.
- Perform home management tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
- Assist clients with ambulation.
- Provide medication assistance.
