About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is a family-owned agency seeking compassionate HHA & CNA Caregivers to join their team. They offer a supportive, flexible work environment where caregivers are treated like family. The agency provides free HHA training and certification for those who need it, allowing individuals to launch and advance their caregiving careers. This role involves assisting clients with personal care, providing companionship, light housekeeping, errands, meal preparation, medication reminders, and monitoring client condition.

Requirements

Your own vehicle and a valid driver's license
Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
A compassionate, respectful, and dependable attitude
Good time management and organizational skills
A commitment to following health and safety guidelines

Nice To Haves

Certification (if you have it-HHA or CNA preferred, but not required)

Responsibilities

Assisting clients with personal care tasks like hygiene, dressing, and meals
Providing companionship and emotional support
Helping with light housekeeping to maintain clean, safe homes
Running errands such as grocery shopping
Preparing meals, with client input when possible
Giving medication reminders
Performing routine cleaning (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, bathroom cleaning, etc.)
Monitoring and reporting any changes in client condition
Responding quickly and responsibly in emergencies
