About The Position

We are hiring now in multiple locations including Agawam, Belchertown, Brimfield, Chicopee, East Longmeadow, Granby, Hampden, Holland, Holyoke, Longmeadow, Ludlow, Monson, Palmer, South Hadley, Springfield, Wales, Ware, Warren, West Springfield, Wilbraham. This role offers flexibility and purpose, allowing you to support clients in staying safe, comfortable, and independent at home.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
- A compassionate, dependable, and respectful approach
- Solid time management and organizational abilities
Responsibilities
- Helping with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Preparing meals and encouraging client involvement
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Doing light housekeeping and routine cleaning
- Running errands, including grocery trips
- Providing medication reminders
- Watching for health changes and reporting concerns
- Acting calmly and effectively in emergencies
