About The Position
RIGHT ACCORD Private Duty – Home Health Care is now hiring experienced Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our Sarasota care team. RIGHT ACCORD is a locally owned, nurse-led home health care agency proudly serving seniors and families in Sarasota, Venice and Manatee County and surrounding communities for almost two (2) decades now. We provide compassionate in-home support, specialized care, and personalized service to help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Our caregivers are the heart of what we do, and we believe in supporting them with respect, communication, and opportunities to grow.
Requirements
- HHA or CNA experience
- Compassionate, reliable, patient, professional, and committed to providing high-quality care.
- Strong communication skills
- A heart for serving seniors.
Nice To Haves
- Experience and confidence in caring for seniors with different care needs, including: Dementia care, Alzheimer's care, Parkinson's care, post-surgery care, post-stroke care, mobility support, fall prevention, companionship, personal care, and other home care support needs.
Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, mobility support, safety supervision, and daily living activities based on the client's care plan.
