About The Position

Hero Beach Club is a 30-room boutique hotel in Montauk, NY featuring original 1950s architecture and modern amenities. We are looking for a seasonal Operations Supervisor to join our team! This is a hybrid leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple departments including Front Desk, Beach/Pool, Housekeeping, and Bar. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills, a guest-first mindset, and the ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be available weekends and holidays throughout the summer season

Nice To Haves

  • Prior supervisory or management experience in hospitality preferred
  • Experience in a hotel, resort, or beach club setting preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • hospitality degree a plus

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support staff across Front Desk, Beach/Pool, Housekeeping, and Bar departments
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all areas of the property
  • Assist with scheduling, staff coordination, and daily briefings
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures
  • Communicate effectively with ownership and management regarding daily operations
  • Step in and assist in any department as needed
