Under direct supervision, performs a wide range of office administration duties for assigned functions or program areas. Duties may be complex in nature and may involve access to confidential information. May research, investigate, and/or resolve program data or issues. Draft documentation, reports, or presentations. Represents a program or unit, provides information and assistance to internal and external customers.

Requirements

  • Ability to ensure applications comply with current Rules and Regulations
  • Verify critical documents for accuracy and authenticity
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to resolve issues
  • The ability to work independently to complete tasks and solve problems with minimal supervision.
  • High school diploma/GED and two (2) years of job-related experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's degree from an accredited college or university OR Two years of related experience.
  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Two years’ work experience providing direct customer service.
  • Two years’ work experience in the area of regulatory or licensing-related programs.

Responsibilities

  • Collects, compiles, and analyzes programmatic and operational data, investigates underlying trends, irregularities, and possible causes for change in data.
  • Documents underlying trends, irregularities, and possible cases for change in data.
  • Evaluates data for quality and completeness.
  • Performs validation and testing of the plan to ensure adequacy.
  • Prepare reports and make recommendations or determinations based on analysis.
  • Process and reconcile all payments from hemp license programs.
  • Work alongside all licensing team members to improve the licensing process.
  • Provide internal and external assistance to all customers.
