Hematology/Oncology Physician
About The Position
United Health Services is seeking a Hematology/Oncologist to join our expanding regional oncology care network. This physician will provide excellent care across Binghamton General Hospital and Wilson Medical Center, ensuring quality outcomes, and access to comprehensive oncology services in a community-centered setting. This position is part of the Broome Oncology practice, which is a well-established, busy practice with four physicians, six nurse practitioners covering two clinics and three hospitals. Currently, we are the only Oncology practice in a 60-mile radius. We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible physician(s) in both Hematology and Medical Oncology to practice in Johnson City, New York at our medical oncology practice. Must have completed an ACGME accredited residency.
Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in both Hematology and Medical Oncology.
- Completed an ACGME accredited residency.
- Excellent clinical, communication and time management skills.
- Strong commitment to providing excellent team-oriented care.

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent care across Binghamton General Hospital and Wilson Medical Center.
- Ensure quality outcomes and access to comprehensive oncology services in a community-centered setting.
- Diagnose and treat all adult disease states.
- Provide Hospitalist coverage one week per year, with no clinic responsibilities during this time.
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
