About The Position

We are seeking a Hematology & Oncology Physician for a Locum Tenens position in Stevens Point, WI. This is an outpatient, clinical-only role covering a vacancy while a long-term permanent search is conducted. The physician will provide on-site clinical coverage 3-4 days per week, two weeks per month. Responsibilities include conducting outpatient clinic visits for new consults and follow-ups, providing oversight of patient treatment plans, and collaborating with the care team. Inpatient work will be referred to the tertiary care facility in Wausau.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Eligible in Hematology & Oncology.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site clinical coverage 3-4 days per week, 2 weeks per month.

• Collaborate with the care team in an outpatient setting.
• Refer all inpatient work to the tertiary care facility in Wausau.
