About The Position
The Mount Sinai Health System is seeking a Full-time Hematology-Oncology Physician for its practices in Queens, NY. This role involves serving patients at two locations: Crescent Street and the Ambulatory Pavilion in Astoria, Queens. Mount Sinai Queens-Crescent Street is an outpatient practice offering multispecialty care. The Ambulatory Pavilion is a six-story facility housing a wide range of primary and specialty services, including Oncology, and serves as the flagship outpatient facility for Mount Sinai in Queens. The Mount Sinai Tisch Cancer Center, a National Cancer Institute-Designated Comprehensive Cancer Center, provides high-quality cancer care. The ideal candidates will be passionate about Medical Oncology, committed to the mission of Mount Sinai Health System, and play an instrumental role in ensuring excellent patient care, quality outcomes, and satisfaction. Opportunities exist to partner with the Icahn School of Medicine. The division emphasizes patient-centered care, integrating patient care, research, and education.
Requirements
- Medical Degree from an Accredited University
- New York Medical License
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
- Committed to Mount Sinai and the communities we serve
- Excellent communication, bedside manner, and organizational skills
- A strong work ethic and desire to participate in a team-oriented, performance-driven Health System
