About The Position

Hartford HealthCare, the largest integrated healthcare delivery system in Connecticut, seeks a BC/BE Hematology/Oncology provider to join a rapidly growing practice at Hartford Hospital for a part-time position. The mission of Hartford Healthcare Cancer Institute, which oversees over 40 oncologists, is on the highest quality patient-centered multidisciplinary care, patient experience, and clinical research trial enrollment. Over the past 10 years, we have partnered with Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and developed a collaborative relationship for oversight of standards of care, education, and clinical research. The successful candidates for this position will support the growth of the existing practices, engage in the development of personal subspecialty interest(s), and participate in system-wide Cancer Institute initiatives. This practice opportunity includes access to Hartford HealthCare’s expansive opportunities for: MSK Cancer Alliance participation, system-wide and regional multidisciplinary conferencing, continuing medical education, and employment in the 1200 physician Hartford HealthCare Medical Group, a physician-led organization.
