About The Position
Endeavor Health Cancer Institute at Swedish Hospital in Chicago, IL is seeking a full-time outpatient clinical oncologist/hematologist with rotating inpatient duties. This position is part of an established medical oncology program and offers an academic appointment at the University of Chicago, with opportunities for teaching fellows, residents, and other students. The role involves multi-specialty team-based outpatient and inpatient care, with a focus on developing and participating in clinical research programs. The practice is a subspecialty-based hematology/oncology team within the Endeavor Health Medical Group, NorthShore Hospitals Division of Hematology/Oncology, the principal teaching affiliate of the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine.
Requirements
- IL Medical license or pending
- Fellowship Trained
- Medical Oncology and/or Hematology Board Certified or Eligible
- Excellent clinicians
- Breast cancer focused training and/or practice experience
Nice To Haves
- Ability to develop and participate in clinical research programs
- Ability to provide outstanding teaching to fellows and residents
