About The Position

The Oncology Institute (TOI) is seeking a Hematologist Oncologist to join their team. TOI is dedicated to advancing oncology by delivering highly specialized, value-based cancer care in the community setting. They offer cutting-edge, evidence-based cancer care, including clinical trials, transfusions, and other advanced care delivery models. With a growing network of over 100 clinics across five states and a team of over 180 clinicians, TOI is committed to improving cancer care. As a TOI Physician, you will make a difference in patients' lives, build relationships, and provide support throughout their care journey. There are opportunities for leadership roles, such as Medical Director or Principal Investigator within Clinical Research. Physicians will work within community-centered clinics and have access to support and guidance from their Medical Director and the extended Physician leadership team. Participation in Tumor Boards, case discussions, and ongoing professional education with a collaborative Physician team is encouraged.

Requirements

Board Certified/Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology
Eligible for medical licensure in California

Make a difference in the lives of patients.
Build relationships and provide support throughout the patient's care journey.
Grow as a leader, potentially pursuing roles as a Medical Director or Principal Investigator within Clinical Research.
Work within community-centered clinics.
Collaborate with Medical Director and extended Physician leadership team for support, guidance, and collaboration.
Participate in Tumor Boards, case discussions, and ongoing professional education.
Provide Hematology and Oncology care.
