About The Position

Seeking a Hematologist/Hematology-Oncology Physician for a Locum Tenens position in Cooperstown, NY. This is an outpatient, clinical-only role covering adult patients with a case mix of 80% Oncology and 20% Hematology. The physician will manage 12-15 patients per day and will be responsible for evaluating patients, managing benign and malignant conditions, documenting in the Epic EMR, coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team, and providing high-quality outpatient cancer care. Bone marrow procedures are preferred.

Requirements

• Active New York Medical License
• Board Certified
• Active DEA
• Board Certification Required
• Hematology/Oncology Experience
• Flu vaccine/declination and negative TB within one year
• Hospital Privileges Required
