About The Position

This role is focused on providing support within a law firm environment, with a primary emphasis on managing and troubleshooting the printer fleet. The position also involves secondary responsibilities in mail training, and cross-training for print and hospitality services. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service and communication skills, as the tasks can be trained, but interpersonal abilities are paramount.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and general PC usage.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in office services, print services, mailroom operations, or customer support preferred.
  • Basic printer, copier, and scanner troubleshooting experience preferred.
  • Experience with mail sorting and delivery, and printing will be helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily support for network and workstation printers.
  • Respond to printer-related service requests and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
  • Perform basic printer troubleshooting, including paper jams, paper replenishment, toner replacement, and connectivity issues.
  • Assist employees with printing, scanning, and copier usage.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate technician when necessary.
  • Maintain printer supplies, consumables, and equipment inventory.
  • Document service requests, troubleshooting activities, and printer fleet updates.
  • Record and report printer meter readings.
  • Support mailroom operations, including mail sorting, distribution, and package handling.
  • Assist with hospitality and general office services as needed.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a professional presence within the office.
