About The Position

SecurityMetrics is hiring a Helpdesk Support Specialist for its IT Department, a collaborative team that values learning, mentorship, and support. Prior experience with the listed tools is beneficial, but willingness and ability to learn are emphasized. The position offers direct mentorship from senior IT engineers, practical troubleshooting and administration experience, and an opportunity to develop skills for future technical IT roles.
