About The Position
Entry-Level IT Support | Training Provided Looking to break into IT? Join a supportive team where you'll gain hands-on experience, receive training, and build a strong technical foundation. We operate in a 24/7 environment. Most schedules are standard business hours, but flexibility for evenings, nights, or weekends is a plus. If you're motivated, dependable, and ready to start your IT career, we'd love to hear from you.
Requirements
- 3+ months of IT experience or relevant education (CompTIA A+, IT coursework, degree, bootcamp, etc.)
- Strong interest in troubleshooting and IT support
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, professional, and eager to learn
- Reliable transportation required
Nice To Haves
- Flexibility for evenings, nights, or weekends is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Respond to IT support tickets
- Support users via email, chat, phone, and in person
- Troubleshoot: Password and account access issues, WiFi and connectivity problems, Printers, peripherals, and basic hardware
- Learn alongside experienced IT professionals and develop real-world technical skills
