About The Position

The DFC Help Desk Technician will have a variety of responsibilities that include processing general system support requests from Driveway Finance Corporation employees, administrative duties for the hardware ordering, and daily department support. Requirements

  • Working knowledge of phone and network technologies
  • 1 year experience of technical support preferred
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Sense of urgency.
  • Excellent communication.
  • PC skills including knowledge and use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Windows, etc.)
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

  • Level 1 support for DFC Systems
  • Respond to inbound calls and assist with ticket creation and updates
  • Provide basic ticketing support and issue tracking assistance
  • Coordinate system support issues with Business Analysts, Lithia IT support and third-party vendors to meet the DFC SLA’s
  • Troubleshoot and provide hardware and software support for end users
  • Assist with DFC phone system management, support, and monitoring.
  • Assist in updating, testing, and implementing new systems for DFC.
  • Process onboarding/transfers/off-boarding tickets & documentation and provide first day support for new DFC employees.
  • Process hardware requests, station setup, and assist in managing the DFC tech inventory.
  • Handles diverse supportive tasks that may need immediate attention.
  • Process correspondence, forms, and other documents which would include scanning and saving documents as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
