Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a help desk, IT support, or technical support role
  • Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office 365
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, or similar
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests simultaneously

Nice To Haves

  • CompTIA A+ or similar certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone, email, and in-person
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Log, track, and manage support tickets through a help desk ticketing system
  • Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate IT teams as needed
  • Set up, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripheral equipment
  • Assist with user account management including password resets and access permissions
  • Document solutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base
