About The Position

LifeStream is seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide support to end users, manage IT infrastructure, and contribute to IT projects. This role involves troubleshooting various technical issues, configuring hardware, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with IT policies. The position requires on-site visits as needed and collaboration with other IT personnel and third-party vendors.

Requirements

  • Acceptable CORI and fingerprinting
  • Valid Driver's License and vehicle
  • Negative Drug screen
  • College degree in IT, related certificate, or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of related IT work or internship
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 services

Responsibilities

  • Review incoming requests and ensure tickets are created, prioritized, and addressed in a timely manner
  • Support end users with multiple issues including user access, network connectivity, and more
  • Document issues and resolutions in an organized manner
  • Work and communicate with 3rd party vendors to better assist end users
  • Configure and install new PCs, printers, phones, and other devices
  • Maintain hardware inventory to ensure all items are up to date
  • Work with other IT personnel on larger IT projects as the need arises
  • Monitor and enforce compliance policies for all devices
  • Complete on-site visits on an as-needed basis
  • Other duties as assigned
