As a Helpdesk Support Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for IT support across the organization. You are the face of IT—responsible for delivering responsive, high-quality support and ensuring a positive end-user experience. You will deploy hardware, troubleshoot technical issues, and support a range of systems including Microsoft 365, Windows endpoints, and mobile devices—while learning from an experienced IT team.
