About The Position

This role will be primarily focused on supporting a Cellular Device Migration project. The individual will assist end users with transferring contacts, applications, photos, and folders from legacy devices to new devices. The majority of migrations will be Android-to-Android, though some iOS devices will also be supported. The environment uses Microsoft Intune as the Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform. Candidates should be comfortable working within an MDM-managed device ecosystem. Strong customer service skills are critical for this role. The ideal candidate will be self-directed, well-organized, and capable of managing their time effectively. This role requires someone who can work independently, adapt to different departmental needs, and provide a positive end-user experience throughout the device transition.
