About The Position

Georgia Pacific is allowing self-owning devices, which will affect around 9000 lines that will need assistance. This is a 2026 initiative and could last all year. The two individuals hired for this role will be working different shifts to support any calls that come in for device transition. They will be responsible for giving permissions, routing numbers, and providing passwords and pins.

Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance for self-owned devices for approximately 9000 users.
  • Support device transition initiative.
  • Work different shifts to cover support calls.
  • Grant permissions.
  • Provide routing numbers.
  • Distribute passwords and pins.
