About The Position

Allowing self-owning devices. Bring your own device will affect around 9000 lines that will need to be assisted with. It is a 2026 initiative and could last all year. These 2 will be working different shifts to support any calls that come in for device transition. These 2 will be giving permissions, routing numbers, and giving passwords and pins.
