About The Position
This is an entry-level Desktop/Help Desk Engineer position with some computer experience required. The role is on-site and operates from 8 AM to 5 PM. This is a 1-year contract position.
Requirements
- Some computer experience
- Experience Providing Remote Support
Nice To Haves
- Some Mac experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Build Laptops
- Join laptops to the domain
- Work remotely with end users to login and set up their computers
- Install Printer Drivers
- Pack up laptops to ship to remote users
