About The Position

We’re looking for a tech-savvy problem solver to join our Information Systems team! As help desk support, you’ll have the opportunity to serve as a point of contact for hardware maintenance for servers, desktop workstations, network infrastructure, and users throughout the enterprise.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience

Nice To Haves

  • Basic DNS and DHCP knowledge
  • Basic understanding of Active Directory
  • The ability to anticipate and understand systems interactions

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve basic network and system software and hardware issues
  • Log all help desk interactions and prepare activity reports
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
  • Manage and maintain user and inventory database
  • Stay current with system information, changes and updates
  • Establish user profiles, environments, directories, and required network
