About The Position

Our client is seeking a Helpdesk Analyst to work onsite in Norfolk, VA. The helpdesk analyst provides first-line IT support in person and over the phone. The daily responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing access, and tracking tickets via management systems.
