You will have hands-on ownership, from onboarding new hires to resolving complex issues, and will work with both local and global users. Requirements

  • 4+ years IT support environments
  • Windows and macOS desktop support
  • Active Directory and account management
  • Office 365 and G-Suite support
  • SaaS applications (Okta or other SSO, Slack, Zoom, Jira)
  • MDM platforms (JAMF, Kandji, or similar)
  • Ticketing systems and queue management
  • Network and hardware troubleshooting
  • VPN and access support
  • Deployment, configuration, and maintenance of end-user device

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary support resource for help desk and IT related issues
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Manage and resolve tickets while maintaining SLAs and best practices
  • Own new hire onboarding, including account creation and equipment setup
  • Support Windows 10/11, macOS, Linux, VDIs, and tablet platforms
  • Provide Active Directory and Group Policy support
  • Support business applications, SaaS tools, and collaboration platforms
  • Troubleshoot and support MDM solutions
  • Maintain and support standard and custom system images
  • Assist with server, networking, phone systems, and VPN access
  • Document solutions and help improve IT processes and standards
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT teams when needed
