This remote position involves two 12-hour shifts with flexible hours, focusing on delivering technology support for operational needs and personal technology devices. The specialist will provide support via phone, email, remote desktop control, and desk-side assistance to office and field users across multiple locations. Work hours include regularly scheduled business hours and after-hours coverage. This position does not sponsor work visas.
