Requirements

  • Experience with IT help desk ticketing systems
  • Experience with remote desktop support
  • Experience with incident response
  • Experience troubleshooting software issues
  • Experience managing user access
  • Experience supporting cloud-based IT applications
  • Associate’s degree in an Information Technology or Computer Science field and 3+ years of experience in IT support, or 5+ years of experience in IT support in lieu of a degree

  • Ability to provide customer service and documentation
  • Bachelor's degree
  • CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate Certification
