About The Position

Provides troubleshooting support to a user community employing computer systems and networks. Diagnoses problems and provides applicable remedies. May serve as a team leader in operations.

Requirements

  • Experienced in computer hardware and software systems.
  • Minimum (2) years of experience
  • Understands how programs use computer hardware.
  • Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
  • Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) at time of proposal submission.

Nice To Haves

  • Shift supervisor or lead diagnostician experience
