Requirements
- Associates of Science Degree with 5 years of related experience or a High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of related experience
- 3 years of documented enterprise scale administrative experience
- ITIL V4 Foundations or the willingness to obtain after hire
- Ability to obtain Public Trust suitability
- Candidate must pass an NIH-specific background check
- Availability on weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time

Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 help desk support via phone, email, web, and in-person
- Serve as the first point of contact for triaging, troubleshooting, and researching technical issues for hardware and software
- Utilize ITSM tools (such as ServiceNow) to record incident details
- Analyze help desk metrics for trend identification
