About The Position

Briljent is seeking Help Desk Specialists to provide technical support for a federal project. A qualified candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and patience. This position will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues and answer inbound calls from users having issues with the web-based scheduling tool.

Requirements

  • An Associate's degree in computer science or related field
  • Public Trust Security Clearance (will be setup upon hire)
  • 2 years of experience in a help desk role
  • Must have high-speed Internet. Equipment will be provided
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States. No sponsorships are available currently.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to queries on the phone, via email and through remote access
  • Offer technical assistance on the delivery, configuration, set up, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, hardware, and software
  • Train computer users
  • Train other staff on troubleshooting and diagnosing problems
  • Gain feedback from customers to improve training methods
  • Write and editing training manuals
  • Run reports and analyzing common complaints and problems
