About The Position

This is a full-time Tier I support position acting as a gatekeeper for all IT related issues. This person will escalate issues when necessary to other personnel, but instead of a traditional hand-off from one person to another, in most cases, stand over someone's shoulder and "See" the solution so learning is always occurring. Requirements

  • Minimum two-year degree in a related program
  • Two years’ experience in a help desk position

Responsibilities

  • Tier I Help Desk and occasional coordination of technical support with outside vendors
  • Ticket escalation
  • Support for field technology
  • Participate in mobile device management.
  • New user equipment setup and imaging
  • Meeting Room AV Support
  • Participate in occasional after-hours help desk support and system maintenance.
  • Ability to quickly transition between tasks.
