About The Position

Serves as first level support in the IS department. Triages and handles calls, incidents, and requests of staff, physicians, and vendors. Records information, resolves, or escalates to appropriate personnel and provides status updates to users. Delivers operational support of daily operations for the IS department.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Information Systems or related discipline.
  • Work experience of no less than five years may be considered equivalent.
  • Three years of experience working with computer equipment.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence.
