The Help Desk Summer Intern supports the Information Technology Department by providing first-level technical assistance to staff in a school environment. This position is intended for individuals seeking hands-on experience in IT support, customer service, and educational technology operations. The intern will assist with device support, account troubleshooting, classroom technology, and daily Help Desk operations while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
