This role is Benefits Eligible and Full-Time with a Variable 10-Hour Shift in the ISS Technical Services department. The Help Desk Analyst answers and triages requests to the Service Center and provides first level support. They document requests and escalate to second or third level support when needed. They monitor dashboards and alarm panels following appropriate procedures or protocols, and check and record system statistics to ensure proper operations. This role also provides onsite triaging of end user support devices.
