The Help Desk Analyst provides front-line technical support by troubleshooting software, hardware, and network-related issues. This role manages and deploys mobile and computing devices, supports employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective, and maintains IT documentation, protocols, and user guides. The Help Desk Analyst delivers courteous, timely support to end users and performs other related duties as assigned to support daily IT operations.
