We're seeking an experienced hedge fund coach to work with professionals looking to break into or grow within the hedge fund industry. This role includes guidance on hedge fund strategy, investment analysis, portfolio management, fund performance evaluation, and risk management, as well as helping clients build fluency in AI fundamentals, AI financial modeling, and AI automation to work smarter. Coaches also help clients navigate their career path with resume review, cover letters, LinkedIn review, behavioral interview prep, technical interview prep, networking strategy, promotion strategy, salary negotiation, freelancing, and ongoing skill building. Ideal candidates have hands-on hedge fund or investment management experience, prior coaching or mentoring experience, and a clear, structured approach to helping clients grow both their expertise and their career. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client.

Requirements

• Experienced hedge fund coach
• Hands-on hedge fund or investment management experience
• Prior coaching or mentoring experience

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on hedge fund strategy, investment analysis, portfolio management, fund performance evaluation, and risk management.
