About The Position

SPATCO Energy Solutions provides energy solutions, including construction, installation, routine and heavy maintenance, and environmental compliance services for fueling and charging stations. The Heavy Maintenance Crew Member supports work at customer job sites, including digging, equipment installation, and concrete and framing tasks. The position involves travel to job sites and may require overnight stays. The crew member is expected to follow safe work and housekeeping practices, maintain positive working relationships, and help keep supplies, materials, and subcontractor work flowing on schedule.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift 75–100 lbs when necessary to perform job duties.
• Ability to work outside in all types of weather.
• Ability to work efficiently under time constraints and work well with others.
• Strong work ethic.
• Reliability.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the petroleum industry and familiarity with petroleum products.
• Installer certifications in the product line.
• Equipment operation experience.

Responsibilities

• Use heavy equipment to dig ditches and manually install equipment.
• Perform concrete and framing work, including pouring, mixing, and finishing concrete.
• Travel to job sites; travel may require overnight stays.
• Maintain positive working relationships with crew members, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to maintain a timely flow of supplies, materials, and subcontractor work.
• Follow safe work practices at all times.
• Follow safe housekeeping practices, including cleaning up job sites at the end of each day.
• Follow company procedures.
• Keep the company vehicle clean and maintained.
