About The Position

The Heavy Lifter processes material for repacking in an assigned area, following training manuals and work instructions. The role includes checking containers for damaged material before packing, escalating deviations, and completing other tasks assigned by management that are appropriate to the employee’s skill level. The position works Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., in a warehouse environment.

Requirements

• Complete a true and accurate employment application without omissions or falsifications.
• Successfully pass the required background check and drug screening in compliance with the company’s drug-free workplace policy.
• Pass a physical standards test and be eligible to badge with MBUSI; rehire eligibility applies where relevant.
• Stand and remain on your feet for the entire shift.
• Frequently walk throughout the warehouse during the shift.
• Regularly lift, carry, push, and pull containers weighing 30–50 pounds.
• Perform repetitive lifting, bending, reaching, twisting, squatting, and overhead movements throughout the shift.
• Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while meeting productivity and quality expectations.
• Be comfortable working in a warehouse environment that may become hot and humid, particularly during warmer months.
• Safely perform physically demanding work for 10-hour shifts, including overtime as needed.
• Wear required personal protective equipment and follow all safety procedures.
